We moved to Epping in 2014 after living in Brunswick for 8 years. It was the best thing we did! The fresh air was a welcome change to the inner city smog and we love that we can safely walk around our leafy green neighbourhood. We live in the Greenbrook area which is IMO the best area of the suburb compared to the newer estates being built in Epping. It's surrounded by beautiful red river gums and open spaces but also has close access to High St, Dalton Rd & McDonald Rd. It offers the perfect mix of country and city. All my neighbours are hard working and house proud. I really think we bought at the right time when it was affordable, and I think it will only improve once all the planned infrastructure is complete.
