How sad Jenny. You are missing all the good things. Can you tell me how people steal rent money? Have you heard of internet banking? Ive lived here for 40 years - a hub for crime? Hardly. Might be a good idea to move somewhere safer and allow someone a bit more positive to move in. Most of my neighbours are tertiary educated and professional people. Most homes are owned. Rental properties are far fewer now. Let me know how you get on in your next suburb. Ill bet youll find something to moan about.
