I have lived in this neighbourhood for over 20 years and we love strolling down this street. It is quiet and pretty and the houses are all well looked after with nice neat gardens. Not much traffic but lots of dog walkers and joggers like me. During lockdown 2 years ago, there were some really cute teddy bears at the windows... which I thought showed real community. Lots of greenery and is one of the few streets in Epping I think that has kept the old Epping charm.
