Not too far nor not too close to the beach. Great to live in Henley Beach south or Henley Beach but the prices are just too ridiculous recently and everything rust!! Luckily where Fulham is located, you can still enjoy the beach and forget about the rust and corrosion’s effect. Fulham is a developing suburb close to good schools, shopping and most importantly to the beach. With only 20mins drive to the city via sir Donald Bradman drive or Henley Beach Road, Fulham is the place to be. You can drive 2 mins to the beach or take a short 15 mins stroll. Peaceful neighbourhood, mostly older and established family... this place is perfect for building new dwellings and call home.
