Doonside may have gotten a bad reputation in the past but a lot of the demographics has changed since 20 years ago.

Lots of immigrant professionals and young families have moved here due to the affordability and convenience it offers.

I would say it is gentrifying if not already, and will continue to do so in the near future especially when the new Aerodome is completed in 2026.

This will continue to put upward pressure to the desirability and prices of homes.

Suburb full of professionals and great community.
The location is very convenient and close to transport.
Lots of parklands for bushwalk and plenty playgrounds for the kids.
Overall, a very holistic area.
