We have recently moved here and knew the area before moving. Our street is very well kept and looked after by mostly home owners. we live between Northmoor and Wicks street and have found it to be a nice area. The pros are that is is so close to many good shops and being so close to Mount Lawley for dining out. Its only a short drive via Reid Hwy to the beach and a 8 min drive to the swan valley. We rarely hear any loud parties going on around this area or anti social behaviour.

Live next to a homeswest house. Don't feel safe and always hearing hoons driving around early mornings. Only plus is being close to the beach. Get a dog and good security. Some pockets would be better than others
