Blackbutt is a nice area filled with many beautiful and grand homes. With the highest home prices out of all of Shellharbour. Its not hard to see why not many homes are on the market. One of the most prestigous streets is Albatross Drive (has some of the most grand and expensive homes). Blackbutt is very close to Shellharbour City Centre (which consists of Stockland Shellharbour [currently being re-developed], restuarants, gyms, cinemas, pre-schools, primary schools and other shopping amentities. Overall, Blackbutt is beautiful suburb with grandeur, character and appeal all rolled into one!
