"Modern"
The streets usually look really nice and all the houses are pretty. There's usually plenty of parks and transport around too. Nothing bad has happened when I lived there but I have heard of more crimes recently on the news such a break ins and stabbings etc. It's hard to find a decent sized house with a decent sized backyard with out spending a lot on rent.

- 30 minutes from city
- New house
- Plenty of Schools
- Parksand Recreations and child care centers
Not great for
- At the moment nead to take a Bus to the nearest Railway station
- Hoons
- House and land size
- Crime rate
