Coopers Plains is a good suburb close to CBD and with lots of ammenities. Crime rate is high due to a lot of properties being rented to students who usually don’t pay too much attention to locking doors and windows and often leave valuables lying around on full view which in turn attract thief’s into the area. Cornerstone Living is building lots of new units and townhouses in this area and are introducing young singles and families to this area. They’ve also gotten rid of old housing commission houses and thus given the suburb a trendy look new look. Overall, it would be very good suburb if it wasn’t for the high crime rate.
