"Quiet street with parks and schools close by, nice houses and neighbours."
The street is overall very friendly with few rental properties. There are lots of parks within walking distance and plenty of sidewalk. A bus is 2 minutes walk away and about 6 schools within 5 minutes drive. Majority of houses are well maintained and there are new blocks available which will have new houses. Nice and quiet.
