Town smells like rotten skunk and rubbish from swickers and individuals with piles of rubbish in the yard. The town is filthy, with the council wasting millions on revamping a town which still looks and feels dirty.

Home business are everywhere in town and allowed to do what they want with council allowing it (burn tyres, plastic, hazardous material and other waste in the back yard drums, industrial noise from early hours through to late at night, and destroy property).

Compliance officers refuse to do anything about the aggressive dogs in town, which are allowed to kill pets and attack and bite individuals.

Small businesses and banks are shutting their doors from lack of support, there is high unemployment and high crime in the area. This isn't a children friendly town, no public transport, roads are full of pot hole. Rates are stupidly high, pay half the amount on the coast, housing is cheap though.

The council allowed a huge solar farm to be erected coming into town, on prime farming land, further reducing the house prices and appeal or the area.

On the plus for certain individuals, there are fast food joints opening up on every main corner.
