"Close to city, quiet with some nice areas,"
Diverse, to the north lovely resort retirement village and golf course. Then some older, shabby at times, housing to the centre of the suburb with newer estates in the centre of the suburb with prestigious Trinity State School. To the south still rural with acreage, horses, wallabies in the thousands. Pick the right street and it is very convenient, Good schools, bus route, close to shops and less than 10 minutes to the city.
Great for
- Close to town
- Good school
- Affordable for young families
Not great for
- Very few shops though 5 minutes drive to major shopping centre.
- Older bits need some TLC
