Wanted to look for an investment property in that area, as rental returns seem decent. Check out the local shopping centre and drove around the suburb as a visitor, seems okay (haven't seen it at night though). Although I notice no kids are playing outside and everyone seems to lock themselves indoors on a Sat afternoon, which is probably not the best signs, but I find it acceptable.
