Lived here for ten years. Over the past 2 - 3 years the noise from hoons doing burnouts has become a multiple nightly occurrence, would not move here again, there is no community news and the neighborhood has become a flip /airbnb suburb slowly losing its charm, the real estate agents posting reviews couldn’t be more wrong, if you have a choice move somewhere else or get some good ear plugs

And I live in the “good side” and new money moving into the ugly houses does not mean good people just because they have stuff.

Don’t be fooled Olde Berwick is not the same.
