Walton Cres is a well regarded street in Abbostford, with most properties having water views and only a short walk away from the ferry wharf and Sydney Rowing Club.
Abbotsford is on a path of transforming into an up market suburb with a younger generation, almost like Balmain. There are cafes, restuarants, smaller supermarkets, fruit shops evolving in the area, as well as a medical centre & chemists etc.. The recently refurbished Sydney Rowing Club at Abbotsford is a great place to hang out by the water.
Transport is easy with several buses and a ferry wharf providing quick direct access to the city. There are several parks in the area for picnics and kids playgrounds.
