Ludmilla Place

"A tight community in a quiet cul-de-sac"

The neighbours are some of the most friendly and respectful I’ve had. When we moved into the street we were greeted and invited to the casual Friday afternoon get together. The street hosts an annual Christmas party with Santa at the park at the end of the street, which we all petitioned for. Our neighbours aren’t noisy and the street was safe for teaching the little one to ride her bike on. When you’re doing yard work someone will pop by to lend a hand or offer a power tool. The lady by the park shares her recipes too. There are nice Bush areas nearby for walking the dog and it’s only a short drive to Raby Bay and shops. It’s a lovely place to live.
