Moved in a year ago near racecourse.

Issues regarding social housing estate are overstated, as generally things only happen within the estate itself, which I have yet to experience as well.

Peaceful surrounds and friendly neighbours, with a decent retail street along Union Rd, in close proximity to CBD.

Slight bit of an issue only with traffic being heavy especially during events at the racecourse. However, did not regret a single bit moving here from the overpriced Eastern suburbs.
