It may be ok overall, but if you get the wrong neighbours, good luck, no one will help you. the council, and other authorities will just play dodge ball.
I think I know who the people Billie S is talking about. Ongoing problem.
Funny thing is lots of people on the street hate them too, yet no one steps up and makes a report. Even Billie probably never made even an anonymous report.So that should tell you a bit about the area.
All i can say is you are taking your chances here. Don't do it. I have nothing to gain by saying this, but until there is a concerted effort to address these problems, and those people in particular, find somewhere else, like a war zone.
