"A quite inner suburban street"
Cotton Street is located in Ovingham at the western edge of Fitzroy and is a quite street with a few houses. It is gradually developing as more people subdivide and utilize the street.

"Good street in an up and coming suburb"
With the mix of current and ex housing trust homes this street is developing into a really nice street in an up and coming suburb. Close to parks and schools with good public transport access.
