Stockmans Wood Estate, Everyone is so friendly, the kind of place that everyone stops to say hello or give you a wave. Ideal for families with easy access to schools, public transport, there is a small IGA however for main shopping best to take the short drive to Drouin or Bunyip.

- Friendly People
- Most people are friendly and helpful
- Quiet streets
Not great for
- Used to be quite small and long time locals I feel dislike the growth of the area
