Techically it is a village as it is surrounded by rural land. Great access to Berry, Kangaroo Valley and Nowra has all the doctors and shopping. The highway upgrades makes it 50 minutrs to Shellharbour for when a much wider selection of shops is needed.

25 minutes to Gerringong beach to the north or same time to Huskisson and Jervis Bay to the south.

Safe and a great village feel with the local convenience store which dors some take away and which is also a post office, near the country style church, tennis court and B&Bs. XMAS time it is a really special place.

Prices are a little difficult to guage but a descent home starts at $600k for 3 bedrooms, $800k for a modern 4 bedroom and around $1.3m for same on acreage.
