South Plympton is one of those suburbs that can be very quiet if you're not too close to the main roads - Marion, South, and Cross Roads, Towers Tce and Raglan Ave. A block or two in from these thoroughfares and you may as well be Kms away.
You are also close to many facilities, public transport (buses, train and tram), shops (eg Castle Plaza), as well as some terrific restaurants on Marion Rd and you're halfway between Glenelg and the GPO. You also have the Capri Theatre close by and great cafes and restaurants on Goodwood Road and King William Road, Hyde Park.
A great, quiet location and still affordable for something so close to the city.
