Wynnum West

"Wynnum West good entry level area not far from city"

Wynnum West has good shopping, not the best transport links as no train li e but is virt drive from waterfront for well priced housing.
Wynnum West is improving slowly and has some new pockets.

Great for

There are no train stations called "Wynnum West" but that is because they still use the historical suburb name of "Lindum" for our station. There are several train stations in walking distance that service Wynnum West and surrounding suburbs so im confused by this comment. Just wanted to clear up for others.

Wynnum

"Wynnum Bay Breezes are the best."

Wynnum's climate with bay breezes is some of the best in Brisbane.
It has 3 train stations in the suburb so transport is awesome. Serviced by train so is future prooofed against potential Brisbane increase in population and traffic problems.
It has the port road as a great short cut with no lights to the gateway bridge.
Great good course too
