"Great suburb with increasing demand"
Nice and quiet suburb, with easy access to the city.
Prices has been going up steadily over the last years, and seems to keep going up as the properties here are in increasing demand, evident by the interest of younger people moving in.
This will be an up and coming suburb for time to come I reckon, great place!
Great for
- Close to Shopping Centre
- Close to Good school
- Great access to public transport, and major freeways
Not great for
- Not much nightlife
- Difficult to buy, how much in the martket
