I loved it. A lot of restaurants I liked. Townhouses make it affordable. Renting is still ok but prices for medium standard houses go over a million. Planes are very noisy now! Little bit dangerous for cyclists. Richmond road becomes a racetrack at peak times.

Absolutely underrated. No traffic and noise etc. Just tranquil and rare to find. One of the best streets in Brisbane with a few prominent owners.

It feels like home and it is very walkable. It feels like an island but with public transport and Indooroopilly shopping close by.
It is a quiet place and you still get your 1$ coffee.
It feels expensive and it is! Morley Street, Longman terrace, Sutton and Laurel Ave reaching easy 5+mio$ for river front.
