"Close to the river and train station."

This suburb is quiet. Other reviews hit the nail on the head. The suburb is affordable ; have a look at the way the logan river meanders around the suburb and see the value of properties rise and fall along the way. There are still some bargains here I think.

"On one side it's Logan Central ; on the other it's Woodridge."

I have an investment property on the same street where I live on but on the opposite side .
I wrote a review for woodridge below which obviously applies to the logan central side of the same street ;
I live in a Townhouse in Woodridge near Karawatha forest and it's a very good place to live. Been there now for 3 years. I have the train station 5 mins walk away on one side and can escape into the tranquility of the bush if I walk less than 5 mins in the opposite direction. ( what a place that forest is ... magical !! ) The street I live on is quiet, houses and gardens well maintained, kids playing, people friendly, no hoons , no dogs barking , no mossies, (I hate mosquitoes) . There are 2 schools within walking distance also. Logan gardens are 10 mins walk from my door ; great for BBQs on a sunday afternoon aswell as enjoy a game of rugby league at Logan brothers ground behind the entertainment centre. There is also a soccer club within a few mins walking distance. When I was deciding to move into this area some people said that they would'nt like to live there
( based on misconceptions I suppose ) ; I am very glad that I did my own research and trusted my own instinct .... I am very happy here.
