"Small town"
Unpaved, no street lights, no medical, good vet though, no mains water or sewerage, no fuel after 7 pm or before 7.30
Great for
- Nice green trees grass
- Good fresh fodder
- Pub
Not great for
- No mains water
- No curbs,no infrastructure
- Local council don't care,high rates
