Centrally located with easy access the CBD 5min drive, Hospital, Newcombe shopping 500m, water front 10 min bike ride, Barwon river 10 min bike ride. The area feels less density living due to larger size blocks, green areas like football parks and parks for inner CBD living by comparison to other areas of Geelong in the West, with house prices very affordable with recent sales $500k for renovator to $1m for something already renovated, there are new homes getting built also.
