Cons . After movinig to the Rowan Drive about 2 weeks in there was a car blown up in front of our house.
Hoons every weekend and some local idoits think it's calder raceway . Back of Rowan drive when going for walks all ways finding needles, broken glass dumped trash from weekend junkie gatherings and in summer time theres always some twits lighting fires at brimbank park backing on to Rowan drive.
Hopefully the new housing on Rowan drive fixes that.
Have been broken into and robbed once. Same as neighbor across the road.
Green Gully Reserve is a hang out for hoons, bong smokers and trouble makers after dark.
Kealba high was voted the worst high school in victoria.
Some Pros Did have great neighbors and we looked out for each other which was good.
