Seaton is a great suburb sat between the city with the train line and various bus connections getting you to the CBD in around 20 mins and the beach, which is literally a 5 minute drive to beautiful Grange beach!
The suburb is developing, the old housing trust stuff is mostly gone with the huge new Square development almost complete. Currently Seaton is massively undervalued considering its prime location in my opinion.. Compare it to Lockleys, Kidman Park, Fulham Gardens, Grange and Henley and you are getting serious value for money! West Lakes and Port Adelaide are on the doorstep also so convenience all round. Great suburb and one to watch
