Bought into AR recently with my young kids near mannington street. I am very surprised and it’s been way more neighbourly than we were expecting. Lots of young families and swings on nature strips etc. kids ride their bikes freely on the streets.

We don’t have city views from our house but some streets do. Houses available under 1 million at the time of writing this in 2025 but don’t know for how much longer.

I think the suburb maybe was held back by some industrial perceptions but I can confirm it all feels very seperate from our area besides we have access to some amazing international foods also. We are very happy to get our forever home here in Acacia Ridge and consider ourselves lucky given the hot market in Brisbane currently
