I live 2 km North from Rooty hill Train station. Park and Ride in the station is so convenient while commuting to office. I read many people asking about safety in this area. I can tell that I station is quite safe.

Our family moved to Plumpton in the middle of 2023 and we're really glad we did! It's our first home, and it's a great place for families like ours. there's everything nearby: big stores like IKEA, Bunnings, and Costco just a short 10-minute drive away at Marsden Park, and it's easy to get onto the M7 and M4 roads. Westfield just a few minutes away, which is super handy. Nuragningy park is one of the best park in Western sydeney.Plumpton is a mix of different cultures, which we really like. We had also heard people saying not-so-great things about this area including Mt Druitt and Rootyhill, but honestly, we haven't had any issues. We often take our kid to play at Mt Druitt Westfield, we go to Rootyhill train station for city commute and it's been all good vibes. So yeah, Plumpton's been a really cool place for us!
