Fantastic wide street that has great access to Harp Junction but still far away from the action so that it’s quiet. Walking distance to Kew East primary (great school) without the busy drop off/pick up traffic. Mostly long term residents on the street so it’s very safe and neighbourly. One of the best streets in the suburb.

Best street in Alphington.
Adjacent to Heidelberg Rd but without all the through traffic.
Home to well regarded Alphington Primary and direct access to the train station.
Everything at its door step.

Great suburb only 7kms from the CBD.
So much happening in this small tightly held suburb, the Yarrabend rejuvenation is bringing a lot of infrastructure investment, and once the new "tesla mini suburb" is complete, there is no doubt going to be a host of new fantastic retail/cafes opening on Heidelberg Rd.
Still somewhat unknown to the rest of Melbourne. Only downside is the home prices, very expensive, great if you can afford it, but not many can.
