Contrary to public opinion this is not a ghost town full of empty homes. Majority of homes have permanent residents and security monitors rentals/airBNB’s Have been here for 2 Years found it to be very quiet, peaceful, family community we feel blessed living here. We walk to village cafes/restaurants and enjoy regular events at Paradise Point Park and regularly use the parks on the island. We also really enjoy the safety and security of living off the mainland.
