"Wollongong is affordable beach living"
We went to uni here and moved away to Sydney. We always come back and enjoy the lifestyle on offer. Wollongong is growing and flourish again and it will only be a matter of time before it will thrive! The nightlife is good and the restaurants are stepping up there game. It is the 3rd most explensive place to live now and 1st for regional property growth 2017.

"Menai is a great hub outside of Sydney"
Menai is a great place to live if you want to be close enough to everything. Close to the river, bush walking, beaches and climbing, it really is too good to be true. 50 minutes from Wollongong, 30 minutes from royal national park and 20 minutes to the beach. Great location and plenty to do and see.
