I have worked in urban development in Melbourne for over 20 years. I cannot begin to tell you how much interest there is in this suburb. I have not seen it in all my years.

New developments, restaurants and homes, all within a few km from the city and the better part of Lygon st. In the next 3 years, this suburb will take the mantle from Essendon in the north.
