Belmont
"Good area close to city, shops, airport, river and casino."
Good area, nice walk to the river and very good shopping. Does have good resturants but a nice modern bar would be great. The Ascot Inn is being built so hopefully will get better. The area has many new places being built and the older house trust demolished. Airport noice is fine - maybe hear them a couple of times a year when the wind changes. Im unsure about the comment of drunks walking the street I saw the more in Subi while living there. Belmont is becoming a more desirable place to live. It is getting better and better because of its location.

Lot of jobs and opportunities as well coz it's city of opportunities.Many offices , distribution centres , shops and companies located here.Good GP's and pharmacies here as well.Sub division potential and proximity to everywhere because of it's strategic location.Not a bad place to invest if you know wht you are buying.
