"Nice place to Rent in!"
Quiet, except for the Hoons on Plenty Road and Research Drive. The down side is getting booked for "Impeding pedestrian access", what pedestrians are awake at 8 am on a saturday Morning, let alone use the footpath! Every body blocks the footpath, take a look around! It cost us $70.00. at first it looked like a "stepford street", the terraces are nearly all the same. They can't be that old, and ours has cracked walls and a cracked ceiling. We'll stay for another 3 to 4 years if the rent doesn't increase by too much! Pity about the tram terminus at Mckimmies road, it needs extending ASAP.

Are those the terrace houses that felt the earthquakes/tremors??? And caused damage to the cornices and the shower cubicle, Is that the same house, as the others in the street have, that the SPA bath water runs down the floor through the lower floor ceiling in the toilet?? And the mould that happens outside, let alone the flooding of the backyard too! Not a very comfortable nor safe place in which to live and very dangerous with the circular staircase...outta be a law against them...maybe sue the owners and builders for all the falls down the stairs too! What a horrible experience it was for you to live there!
