Kids ride their bikes on the streets, Amazing place to raise a family. Away from the Hussel and bussel. Only really have residents in the area as its tucked away yet close drive to facilities and beaches. Transport facilities available in area include Bus and Ferries or own transport.
Great schools and a great village atmosphere.

Lived in Woy Woy as a young couple now married with two young children ages 1 and 3.
Great neighborhood vibes, safe, have never had any troubles have left keys in car, front door open, wallet on car seats and have never had a break in. Our neighbors are all friendly walking down the street people say hello and people actually care about one and another. Really is a secret gem.
Brought up in sydney parents moved to coast when we were all still in school and have never wanted to move back to sydney since. My husband commutes to sydney and I work on the coast previously also commuting. Transport and roads are great.
Great schools with very passionate teachers who go beyond for their students, coming in on the weekends I still remember doing my HSC at BWS College my DT teacher was just amazing!
Great facilities available for all and only getting better and Better.

We have owned our house in Woy Woy for over 10years now and have moved and rented the place out a few times and the rental return is only growing. The property value has doubled and the area is only growing. Great for investors as you will never have a problem finding tenants as the area is close to all facilities.
