"Dodgy area :-("

Not very happy with the area I am in currently. Although this is a temporary situation I now realize that I should have gone with my initial gut feeling (should never ignore these !!) .
Unfortunately I found out from the local Police that this street is a particularly problem one with lots of trouble ongoing. This really made me feel great !!!

Great for

Nice Gym and Swimming Pool at Pelican Park
Lots to do if prepared to get out and meet people

Not great for

Lots of yobbos and doof doof music from cars and houses even during daylight hours.
Can be dangerous at times
A lot of stray animals, especially dogs
Just stay away from the bus station...
Often asked for cigerettes by kids as young as 10
