Bayswater is surprisingly a nice suburb for families with schools, shops, restaurants, parks and public transport all in proximity. We love being away from the hustle and bustle of the city. But if we do need to go to town its 35 mins via Eastlink. People say crime rate is an issue but we havent experienced it, and this is found in every suburb, even in the inner eastern/northern and especially western suburbs. Knox City Council is also investing in improving the area...can't wait to see what Bayswater 2020 will be like!
