I agree... Paradise is the last suburb in the eastern suburbs. The suburb is changing rapidly, the price's of homes are around the 650k for a run down home that needs a full restoration to some homes sold in the early one million dollar Mark. Many decent people want to move into the eastern suburbs but can just afford it many can't so they're trying to buy in paradise. This suburb in the next five to ten years will be extremely unaffordable to the adverage buyer so those people will have to look across to the north eastern suburbs in the TT Gully area the council rates are extremely high , where as Campbelltown councils rates are reasonable and Campbelltown take the green bin twice a month where ttg doesn't. I would never buy in the northern suburbs those suburbs are just riddled with crime, serious crime, high break-ins, high stolen car's, stabbings, bashings, many murders, gangs, for home owners the council rates are extremely high for the area. So to the ignorant..every suburb has crime even medindie and Springfield. Just bad suburbs have way more. I Will stay in paradise it's walking distance to everything it's near the foot hills and unlike all those residents who live near the beach, your suburbs are never yours in the warmer season's because beach goers from outside your suburbs clog the streets with their cars
.. so night life is zip in paradise..that's great because less noise, less trouble, I have to agree with others restaurants..not many good ones but the rezz hotel newly built and very high class with meals and service to match..
There are many cafes but I'm not impressed with alot of them. And I won't be back to them. Paradise is an upper middle class suburb. That's my view
