Paris is obviously #1, but Bickley is #2. Someone wrote a comment that Yorkshire is better but this clearly cannot be true since it is not in Paris.
But seriously, Where else can you drive a car (that the Department of Transport doesn't know about) to a roadside fruit stall (that the tax office doesn't know about), to buy a homemade toffee apple (that both the food safety people and your dentist don't know about), and then go back home to the gf (that your wife doesn't know about)?

South Ledge Road used to be such a cruisy little street, nice old houses and a few cute little boutiques etc. But since the council rezoned it now half the houses have been knocked down and rebuilt with little dogbox apartments, and the boutiques have gone. There's now a KFC on the corner, which says it all really. Avoid.
