Bush land across the road at 1 Ritz just sold so more units which means more traffic in and already congested area. Was nice when we first moved in a few years ago, but now the traffic is over the top. Always congested no matter what day it is, even weekends. Revving Harleys, Commodores, flying past every min. Can count one vehicle every 10 secs flying past the house. Finnegan way is the main road next to Ritz and the ONLY road from Pimpama through.

Extremely congested at all times - including weekends. Very loud parties, harleys, and commies revving around the streets. 1 Ritz Drive (bush lot), has recently sold which was appealing bush - will probably be developed for units, which means MORE traffic!
