Carrum Downs
"Pleasantly Surprised"
I moved from Parkdale to Carrum Downs so had my reservations but I bought a beautiful new townhouse which is my dream. I find it more a working class area but the people seem very down to earth and nice. Love the local IGA Shopping Centre and we have a great Woolworths and KMart is awesome. I am really loving the area. It is definately an area that is on the rise.

It sure is on the rise. I recently seen a group of 20 or so Chinese scouting the area, so possibly some investments coming and people wanting more space.
