"Here for the long haul"

Cranbourne is one of those suburbs that just makes life feel easy nowadays. It’s not trying to be trendy or overdeveloped, which is actually part of the appeal. A lot of Aussie upper-middle class folks (lots of lovely young families, older families and seniors) have moved into the suburb over the last few years which has completely changed the vibe and safety profile of Cranbourne. Everything you need is close by, and day-to-day living feels easy, positive and safe.

What I really like is that it’s steadily improving without losing its sense of space. There’s a nice mix of homes and a bit more breathing room than you would get closer to the city, which suits families or anyone wanting a more relaxed pace.

We also find ourselves making good use of the outdoor spaces, there are plenty of spots to get out for a walk or let the kids run around, and having the Royal Botanic Gardens, Casey Race Pool, and the bowling alley all in Cranbourne is a real bonus.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, practical place to live that’s only getting better. It might fly under the radar a bit, but that’s honestly part of what makes it so appealing. House prices have also increased 200k-250k just in the last 4 years so it’s doing something right as a suburb and it’s a great place to have a PPOR or IP here for that reason.

Glad we made the move.
