Cranbourne is a lovely, quiet suburb. During COVID and due to the high interest rates all of the rif raff moved out of the centre of Cranbourne which is fantastic! So many lovely people moved in and the suburb has lifted substantially, away from it's old reputation.

I thought it was an interesting fact that new ABS statistics say that Cranbourne is the fastest growing suburb in the whole country! Definitely a great investment for property.

The level crossing removal is almost complete and numerous roads are in the process of being upgraded which makes road works annoying in the interim, but it will have a great long-term impact. So many new amenities and businesses going in around the suburb so everything is getting a face lift. Lots of new parks, shops, homewares stores, race track, restaurants, bars, gyms, grocery stores, schools, lots of public transport etc.
