Blakeview

"Quiet during the day but hoons doing burn outs at night"

Moved to Blakeview from Mawson Lakes, the area is much more quiet in comparison, if you suffer from pollen allergies, it's probably not the place for you, as there is huge farming fields near by which during the dry season, you will have coughing fits... Pros, it's close to shops, walking distance to woolies and Aldi, pet friendly, good for growing families as there is park amenities near by, even dog parks. Cons, it's gotten a lot worse as the years gone by, more and more neighbour disputes, cops being called out at night for domestic disputes, theft and break ins, noise, burn outs or dogs who just don't stop barking...and I mean 12 hours straight barking. Overall, it's give and take, cheap area to rent or buy but go more north if you want a quiet suburb.
