"Unique street!"
Only acreage street in Chapel Hill with access to corner shops, bus stop into CBD, walking path to Kenmore Plaza, Mt Coot-tha and Chapel Hill State School.

"Unique community with acreage so close to CBD"
Fantastic for families who want space and a safe and friendly community environment with access to local public and private schools and 15 minutes to the airport.

- Freeway to city and airport
- Great local public and private schools
- Good local schools
- Wonderful Leafy environment with great parks and walks
- Excellent property value
- Great community spirit
- Safe environment
Not great for
- No Hustle and Bustle - you have to drive outside the suburb to get that
