Riverfront living is amazing! We are in the middle of Surfers but you wouldn't know that. Watching the myriad of watercraft going up and down the river every day/night, birdlife, water dragons and leafy streets. End of our street is Chevron Renaissance and the Chevron Island Bridge, so close to all the restaurants there now and HOTA is a short walk. Peaceful spot in the middle of the craziness that is Surfers Paradise! And Budds Beach and Bumbles are just around the corner...

Love Love Loved living in Broadbeach. Walk to fantastic restaurants, bars, casino, shops and great parks. The beach strip here is beautiful and not as crowded as Surfers Paradise. So many festivals etc held here too including the Blues on Broadbeach which is 4 days of music, wine and fun!
If you love eating out the list is endless: Moo Moo's, Maggie Chow, Koi, Georges, Valentinos, Marios not to mention the Oracle's offerings...
Great lifestyle, entertainment and Pacific Fair is fantastic since the renovations...

It's great living in the middle of the Gold Coast in the little gem called Budds Beach which is on the river in Surfers Paradise. Park the car after work and walk, tram or minimum uber fare to restaurants, movies, cafes, shopping areas on Chevron Island, Isle of Capri, Southport, Main Beach, Broadbeach etc. So handy, everything is on your doorstep including beautiful Surfers Beach and the Nerang River. Good little schools with Surfers and Broadbeach! Parklands like Broadwater and MacIntosh Island make it great for morning walks too...Love our lifestyle here!
